We require prepayment for our services,
but you don't necessarily have to mail it to us with your serve(s).
You may prepay first by credit card, then email or fax the documents to us,
providing they're not an enormous number of pages in length.
( If they are, you may want to overnight them to us. )

Please do not use these prepayment methods without first verifying with us, the area you need the serve(s) done in, and the fee amount.
Also, please note:
* Each fee is based per each address where we attempt service for you. This is the industry standard.
* Our classes of service fall into three primary categories, each with its own fee schedule accordingly.
Standard Service ( First attempt ASAP but surely within 5-7 days. ) This one costs the least, so plan ahead whenever possible.
72 Hour Rush Service ( First attempt ASAP but surely within 3 days. ) This one costs you more, but less than Same Day.
Same Day Rush Service ( First attempt surely the same day. ) This one costs the most.
"Standard" class service is always served ASAP, but please allow at least 10-14 days to effect service, in case it can not be accomplished on the first attempt(s). ( What if the defendant is out of town, for example, in the hospital, or even in jail? ) In unusual cases, it may take longer, but we always do our best.
* Please include any and all information about the party being served, up front, so we may get your service done in the quickest and most efficient manner, right from the start. It's also very important to let us know if there's a hard deadline date for your service.
* We have an additional printing fee of $3 per additional 25 pages, after the first 25 pages emailed or faxed to us. If an additional mailing is required, besides mailing you the affidavit after service is completed, our fee is $10 handling plus actual postage and the above printing costs of $3 per 25 pages.
* We generally do at least 5 attempts, time permitting. This is why it is of the utmost importance to give us as much time to serve your documents, as possible.
* Guarantees?: Our fees are for making diligent attempts and efforts. We promise to do our best, but few things in life can be absolutely guaranteed, certainly not service of process. We're human, we try hard and we're in this for more than just to pay the bills. We enjoy hearing kudos from our clients and work extra hard just to hear more of them. One big part of our policy is in our logo; Serving Due Process of the Law, Dignity and Respect For All.
